A little while ago I shared a wonderful discovery that was pulse pasta! Since then I have been eating it a few different ways, but I found one way that I couldn't wait to share with you all. This bake has so much goodness including veggies, protein & fibre. 


This is a simple meal that can be thrown together in 10 minutes. Mid week meals can become very stressful. It's hard to be creative, nutritious and delicious all at once if you're time poor. Thank goodness for ovens! My oven is one of my favourite appliances in my kitc...
