There is a lot of support during pregnancy & preparation for birth. When it comes to the post partum period, the care of the mother has been neglected and the focus remains on the baby. I was fortunate enough to have the tools & knowledge to assist my own post partum healing journey, and quickly realised that other women are left to their own devices.
My workshop aims to prepare mother's for their first 100 days post partum.
